With that attitude? Probably not.
Instead, try to figure things out yourself, and when you hit problems, ask.

Righto. If you had approached this like:
''Hey everybody. I'm new to these forums and new to programming in general. I'd appreciate it if someone could help me as I have problems and try to figure things out. I'd really like to get into the industry. Thanks a whole lot.''
...then you might have had a chance. But *never* ask strangers for something for free, it's just rude.
So maybe register with a new name and quote me in a new post? Ha ha.

I doubt it would be any more responsive, its still too vague.
Pick a start point, see how far you get on your own then ask questions to get you to the next step. It doesn't matter if you don't know what the next step is ask for help with that.
You can't go from A to Z without going to B next and so on.
