MMORPG Maker.

I know this sounds a bit crazy but... Is there a possible solution to make a MMORPG maker in 3d like Runescape? That doesn't cost money. It can need C++ Programming but preferably not. I have used countless maker which either have .dll errors or can't keep up.:wallbash:
