This can be view as either a request or an offer. I am a writer, not published of course (none of the good ones are) but still a scribbling scribe. An idea has came into my mind lately of a plot; of which I will not go into detail here. But what came of this plot (so far) is a modification in-progress for the turn-based tank game Scorched3d. I am in the process of making this modification; but it has been suggested by others that I seek out a different engine for this task. I have looked around at engines here and there, cube for example. But it still did not seem to lend itself for the direction in which I am aiming.
So in my searching I came here, and as such decided to make a request. I am lacking in knowledge of coding, all I know is some very basic Xml. My modeling and art skills are still fledgling, but slowly growing. The main thing that I have is the plot and focus of the work itself. I have general ideas of the concrete things that would concern the game, HUD, Atmosphere, Structure.
So what I am requesting/offering is thus: the physical side of things to the foci of the game. This game could be looked upon in many ways. A chance to get game creation under your belt and into your resume, a chance for me to spread some of my writing. A chance to gain more practice, a chance for me to learn in the first.
