ABOUT THE STUDIO

Based in North London, our client is a leading developer of sports management simulations, responsible for one of the best-loved and most successful PC sports franchises. Seven of the studio's creations are among the UK's Top 20 best-selling PC games of all time. ABOUT THE ROLE:

The studio is looking for an experienced and knowledgeable handheld developer with a passion for football to join their DS & PSP development team.

Reporting to the Head of Handheld Development, the candidate's key responsibilities will be:-

* Work with existing team members, and also on solo tasks.
* Provide knowledge and feedback to help design new systems.
* Help more junior team members to stick to tasks and ensure features are implemented on time.

Essential skills/experience:-

* Proven performer to industry standard C/C++.
* Experience of working on embedded/restricted memory devices (PSP, DS, GBA, etc).
* Passionate follower of football.

Beneficial skills/experience:-

* PS2 development experience.
* 2D graphics programming experience.

Candidates with C++ mobile development experience and strong 2D graphics skills will also be considered.

Salary: Up to £45k depending on experience, including benefits.
