Why dont we all work together and make a mmo thats medival related? we can take things from other games and switch it around a little bit and make it ours. If yes i would like to be in charge of naming the places and weapons and characters with some others =) so do you wanna give it a try?

No, I'm being serious. There's tons of these projects that advertise themselves all the time. Why start a new one?

Sol_HSA made a good recommendation. Before you lead an open MMO development project, why don't you join one (or more than one) to see how each works in practice, and get some first-hand experience in management?

That's the problem. There's more "idea persons" than there are people who actually do something.

If you feel like you're a real "idea person", write a novel.
