Is this a good book to start off with?

Beginning game development with Python and Pygame should i start of with it? I wanna use the free nebula engine some day and apparently it says one of the scripting languages is python and i have heard on other forums that python is a very easy to use language, so i just want to see from others if they have read it and what their thoughts are on it.

C++ generally isn't a good language to start out with, so either way, you're better off using python. The rest you'll really need to discover on your own. If you can script the engine in python, then it should work out for you if you can pick up everything you need to know. It's usually better to start off writing small 2d games because 3d adds a lot of complexity.

k ty i personally agree with you on that kind of now that i think about it, i have tried scripting in python b4 and it hasnt been SUPER HARD like it has been in c++
