Hi all, I'm new here.

Got a quick question.

Can I use the word "sim" in a game title? or is that word a trademark by EA for their simcity franchise.

I don't want any lawsuit down the road.

I think it depends on what you're using the name for. If it's for a game, yes, you could possibly get in trouble for using it, but "sim" could be short for simulation so I don't think they have a monopoly on the word "sim".
