I Need Your Help

I don't know much about programming. But I always had a dream. I want to make a game like Parasite Eve 2, or Resident Evil 3 Nemesis. Maybe with better graphics. :)

And I need your help, and suggestions. Is there any free, easy to use 3D Engine?
