Testing final code

If anyone is interested in testing out a small program I wrote, I would be eternally thankful. I think I've gotten most of the bugs worked out on my own, but I suppose you can never be sure! The program lets you convert the following:

Decimal -> Binary
Decimal -> Hex
Binary -> Decimal
Binary -> Hex
Hex -> Binary
Hex -> Decimal

Any suggestions for improvements would be great too. Thanks
