Hi, i am starting to learn shaders, which tutorial / book should i read to master them ? what is your experience in learning shaders ?
is it worth to learn them since cuda and opencl are coming out ?

I think no matter what you're going to need to learn shaders. They're pretty much the absolute core of any next gen rendering system (actually at this point, any last gen rendering system as well). As for learning them, please do a quick search in google. Whatever language/API you're learning in, tutorials are EVERYWHERE. Not to mention, they actually aren't all that complicated to learn. Complex to master of course but using them is relativley simple.
