Need help - morpg 3d engine / sauerbraten?

I'm planning to create a mmorpg/morpg the coming years.
I'm learning c++ at the moment, but what game engine should I use.
Can I create a mmorpg with sauerbraten engine (cube2)?
Or which one should I take, or should I write one myself.
