well if you are asking is the artwork drawn out well, then yes. Is it any good for a psychiatric book on disturbing then yes.

It's an interesting style. Looks like it would be difficult to animate.

you cant make out any part of the characters body. and its a very typical face. and the background stands out more than the foreground. that seems to be a scanned image why not draw on the computer
here is something that isnt as busy as your scene, just two objects but you can see what it is

You have such a curious art style. I can't decide whether it's good or bad.
It looks like you've got a good picture, but then someone has opened up mspaint and scribbled all over it.
[edit]
btw, are you in Perth, WA?

Lacks dimensionality and lots is ill-defined. (As opposed to mysteriously undefined.) To me, it looks like quick/messy storyboard material. As that kind of art, it's fine. If it's supposed to be a finished commerical piece...well, I wouldn't buy it.
The odd thing is that the most original part is the landscape, not the "evil Foobar" guy in the middle.
On the flip side, I don't see why it wouldn't make that epilogue.net. There was lots of crap on that site that was much worse.

Fair enuff, I appreciate the views.
Ill see if I can do better next time... i do realize to make art for a real game u have to be a real harsh judge.
Yeh Poita, Perth, im gonna continue with this stuff, you never know I could be a real artist one day!

forget about game art and if possible just learn about whatever traditional art that interest you. if any, you need to clearly define or depict whatever it is your trying to display. meaning everything should be recognizable to the eye as soon as someone looks at it.
here is a sketch of the previous post

rouncer, do you go to the letsmakegames.org meetings? Are you on the pigmi.org list? Do you go to the IGDA meetings?
Should have a drink one time.
