We at CSP-Mobile GmbH are searching for new team mates to join our team. The current openings are for game designer and level designer.
The primary task will be to write the proper development documentation (design document) based on an existing concept document, as well as any further documentation required for the development of the game. Good English skills are a must. You must also be able to work at least 20 hours per week.
Level designers will be responsable for the creation of levels for the games, using the tools specified by the development team. They must be prepared to adjust to these tools.
Candidates will answer to the Lead Game Designer and must be prepared to handle criticism, stress and deadlines. Knowledge about the limitations of mobile handsets and mobile game development is preferential, and eagerness to learn and join a crazy team is a must. Also you should be able work independently.
The work enviroment is based on a virtual team model, therefore there is no need for relocation. The work is not project based.
