Here's my constructive criticism.

Make the intro short and sweet and hold some sort of purpose. I wasted minutes of my life that I could have spent doing something useful watching whatever that was meant to be :/. Consider: is it really necessary?

Either be personal, or professional. You have a professional style but then one of your news posts mentions that you've been playing Sims 2. What?
