Help with a noPrograming engine

Not if you want to make your own game... Otherwise it will just be the same game with new content.

RPG Maker XP has got an english release now, but you'll have to hunt down the scripts if you want network support. And it's also 2d. SOunds like a guy wanting to make a mmo with no experiance to me.
