Why is today's posts on the blue bar, and the quicklinks? just put it in one place. I personally rather have an aggregated view with new posts, but that's just me :) Private messages is also in there whilst being on-screen (albeit in smaller text).
It'd be nice to keep link's unique, for the sake of simplicity :)
