Generaly speaking thats why I see america as a greater threat to humanity than germany. Sure germans (or should we call them germs?) sure sounds frightening enough but can actually be quite nice people and well even if the whoop your ass they are quite less likely to also shoot it when they're at it.

Now anyone who start calling me cabbage will get a big load of 'Lutfisk' sent to their mailbox and that will quite surly kill both the offender and his family

then you only know the "dark side" of germany... bavaria doesn't really belong to germany. both from our view and theirs. i think bavaria didn't even sign the german constitution... not sure though.

we would have no hefeweizen... which i don't like anyway... any serious german knows that beck's is the #1 beer in germany =] and apparently one of the best selling beers in the world.

the american ad for becks is : "the best of what germans do best !"

btw, with "dark-side of germany" i was reffering to the high vote count the right winged cdu/csu gets in bavaria ( their color is black ).

i have to say, after speaking to anubis for hours on end (before looking at his photo), i would have never guessed that he looked anything like that; usualy i think those kind of people are very... shall we say _warped_ and aggressive, but anubis is very down to earth and normal. I guess this just enforces the saying "don't judge a book by it's cover".

new year, new bill to pay. problem is, its not my bill.. you all know i got it for free from a teacher.. as nice as it was as a gift to have, as easy is it to lose it all..

it's all not under my control, it never was. and the teacher was long gone, so i have no clue to ask if i could at least get the backup (would fit on a cd..)..

anyways.. i just got my 60gb hd of my home server system i just set up working.. so i can happily anounce that davepermen.net will be back, with even more webspace..

but, with much lower bandwith.. 128kbits/s up will all i'll be able to share for now.. i'm sorry.

and when, and how, i don't know.. till then davepermen.homeip.net (http://davepermen.homeip.net) gives you a small impression, that i'm alive..
