You should have:
• An excellent academic background including a degree in Maths, Physics, Computer Science or related
• At least 2 years commercial experience/sound knowledge of C/C++
• Demonstrable excellence in general programming
• Ability to work and communicate effectively with the team you are a member of, and with outside teams

I can really recommend this company, the team is great and the projects are very exciting. I worked there for nearly two years before moving abroad.
