Rock Paper Scissor question?!

Im currently working on my second game(Rock Paper Scissor), but I got stuck at the part where the computer/AI chooses a number 1-3 randomly. Any one know how to do this.

Oh and for future reference: a question of this sort can be easily answered by a Google search. Search for "C++ random number" or something similiar and you'll get plenty of websites.

By the way, my alma mater (http://ua.edu/) is home of the reigning national collegiate RPS champion! Shanklin from Ohio. An outstanding move in the clutch!
