Zeolite Studios, an indie game development studio is seeking
team members for a Halflife 2 mod.
This mod will be a sci-fi/anime-inspired mod, with the following
unique features planned:
* phase changes
* RPG-style levelups
* NPC 'army'
* on-foot and mech-based combat
* singleplayer, coop, and multiplayer modes
Our game style goal is somewhere between KOTOR and Halflife 2
with an anime look and feel, and we've had a story in development
for 3 years.
The project would currently be a volunteer project with the aim of
getting it into IGF 2007 or 2008 (depending on dev time) and/or
other visibility.
All positions are open - Art, Coding, and Level/object/NPC design.
Please have some previous experience with Halflife 2 modding and/or:
Art: preferred (3D)SoftimageXSI/3DS/Maya/Blender/Fragmotion/Zbrush
and/or (2D)Photoshop/Paint Shop
Coding: Please have previous C++/DirectX/HL2 experience
Design: Experience with HL2 modding/Hammer and a good design sense and be able to work with artists and coders.
