Introduction:
We are a young team based in France and Japan. Currently all our members have the french nationality, but we would like to enlarge the team to the international.

Begining of the project : january 2006
World :
MFA takes place on Earth, nowadays. But the analogy stops here.
Everyone have a double identity : gloomy and sad in the real world, they become proud fighters or top models in the virtual world. This virtual world is actually an image of the Internet we know. This is the outlet location of all these souls repressed by omniscient economic superpowers.
In the real world, the player is just a kid among others. In the virtual world he is Delta, the rebel of the network, and leads a mysterious war.
Gameplay :
- virtual world : shoot'em up / adventure
- real world : ~ quick time events / adventure
Target aim:
1. a freeware demo to show to publishers
then :
2. a shareware full independant game
or
2'. a shareware full game under contract with a publisher
Compensation:
Can't pay for the moment.
- if independant game : percentage of potential revenue
or
- if contract with a publisher: hiring (however we may have problems with locations)
Technology:
(for the demo)
- system : PC/Windows
- language for the demo : DirectX, C++
- artist tools : 3DSmax, Maya, Photoshop, Illustrator
- sound tools : FMod Designer, Sound Forge (or Sound Forge equivalent)
Talent needed:
Developer
- Task : development of the gameplay architecture
- Tools : DirectX / C++
- Skills : good knowledge in DirectX
3D modeler/texturer 1
- Task : realistic 3D character modeling and texturing
- Tools : 3DSmax or Maya
- Skills : good knowledge in realistic low poly modeling
3D modeler/texturer 2
- Task : 3D maps with lighmapping
- Tools : 3DSmax or Maya. Lightmapping process is currently being defined
- Skills : medium knowledge in low poly modeling
3D animator
- Task : 3D character animation
- Tools : 3DSmax or Maya
- Skills : good knowledge in "cartoon" animations
2D designer
- Task : vectorial 2D character development and animation
- Tools : Illustrator (and Flash maybe)
- Skills : "cartoon" graphics, minimalist but expressive animations
Note : we wish you had the skills I just have written here, but beginers with a big motivation to learn are welcome !
