Hardware requirements

Hi,

I am looking for a game engine/graphic engine that does not need a 3d accelerator card, it will work fine on regular video cards. The engine does not need to support all the newest features and it does not has to render graphics fast.
Does anyone know of such engine?

Sounds like you're looking for a software renderer. Google for that.
