problem with japanese to english conversion

I am sorry as I know its not the right place to ask this question but noway.

I have a research paper in japanese. I want to do my graphics code by reading this research paper. I scanned the paper and saved it as pdf.
But I cant copy the texts from the file as the texts are saved as image.
If I can copy the text from there and paste into any of the converter window, I can translate it to english.

Would anyone plz solve my problem?

Sounds like you need an OCR (optical character recognition) tool. But I don't know where you could find one for Japanese. Maybe you should find someone who reads Japanese and get them to help you translate it.
