Right side and left side of brain!

Hey!

I need some help, I want to become a better drawer, I read that you need to be able to use your right side of your brain, well I really don't want to spend money on the book for this, so I am going to ask an artist here how you can use your right side of your brain.


Right side - Visualizes the drawing

Left side - Analizes what you're doing at the same time as the right side is picturing it.

I need some good tactics to help me out with that, I am taking Blender3D tuts but I still suck at making models at the moment, even when I look at some concepts and try it out, I suck.. So I need to improve this by practicing but at the same time learn how to use my brain correctly.

(I want to build an art portfolio as well as my text games one. I like to have more than one skill for games.)

I wouldn't care too much about that. I doubt you can force it, unless you are a ninja or something (people say they can control their heart rate using mental power). With most things in life, it is just: practice, practice, practice. At least, that is what I believe.

Your profile sais you're 15, which means you have plenty of time to become better. If by the time you're 20 you still 'suck', it might be time to realize that you just don't have the talent. But right now you've got years to practice and become a ninja. :ninja:

Remember, nobody becomes good at something overnight. The most important thing is perseverance. Even if your progress seems slow, you'll become better than the rest when they give up or stop pushing their limits. And to survive all those years you have to remember to keep things fun. Find pleasure in trying hard stuff and one day you'll be rewarded by realizing you've come a long way... :w00t:
