3D Rad introduces new features that make creating physics objects out of your own 3d models, without writing any code, even easier.
This new release also comes with the ability to attach/detach physics objects to/from individual bones of your animated 3d characters. This can be used for example to easily implement an ogre picking and throwing you scenery props.
Other important updates include shadows for mesh imposters, the ability to call external DLL libraries, a fully resizable script window and more.
3D Rad is a user-friendly 3d editor with a straightforward developing workflow and ready-to-use physics simulation. You can use it to create any sort of stand-alone, interactive 3d project for Windows Vista/XP.
Ideal for CG artists and non-coders, but flexible enough to meet the needs of expert developers as well.
A fully featured 30-day trial of 3D Rad can be downloaded at the 3D Rad website.
