Duke Nukem Developer 3D Realms Shuts Down

3D Realms today confirmed to numerous news sources that the development studio has shut down, due to financial issues. This closure is said to affect only 3D Realms, and not the recently resurrected Apogee. Also, Frontline Games' Duke Nukem handheld games will not be affected. Employees of 3D Realms have already been let go.
