Writing Guidelines
Are you interested in writing for DevMaster.net? We are also very much interested in hearing from you. Our articles deal with graphics/game design and development. Writing for DevMaster.net is an excellent way to teach and lend your expertise to others in the community. As usual, you will be given full credit for your work. Here are the specific details you'll need to know:
Audience: Audience include professional programmers, designers, artists, producers, as well as beginners. We have a diverse and talented group of audience.
Type of Articles: We welcome articles or tutorials that deal with programming, game design theory, graphics, AI, sound design and programming, languages, reviews and any other article that deal with the development of graphics and games. For topic ideas, please see our
Suggested Articles Forum to find out the recent aritcle requests of visitors.
Article Format: Any format convenient to you is accepted (HTML, Word Doc, RTF, text, etc...). Your article will be reformatted to fit the design of the website. You may include artwork within your article (GIF - for low color images, and JPEG/PNG - for high color images, are preferred). Also, you can include downloadable source code with your article. Please take a look at our
articles section to get an idea of how it will appear if posted.
Submission:
You may send your article 'as is' (HTML, doc, or whatever) if it consists of one file. Otherwise, for multiple files, please compress (ZIP) it into one
convenient file. After that, send us an email with the attached article to:

Let us know a bit about yourself and about your game/graphics development background. We will confirm that we received the article within 2 days.
If accepted, your article will be posted within 5 days. In addition, a link to your article will be shown on the main page, as well as publicized at
Yahoo News, Moreover, and many others.
